How to Make

Cara Membuat Nata De Coco / Sari
Kelapa
1. Alat

2. Bahan
a. Air Kelapa murni
b. Gula Pasir/putih
c. Za/Urea
d. Cuka Biang
e. Bibit Nata De Coco/Sari Kelapa
Cara Membuat
1. Air kelapa mentah di saring, dan
dimasukkan ke dalam dandang/panci ukuran 5 liter/20 liter di masak sampai
mendidih 100 derajat celcius, setelah mendidih masukkan gula pasir, untuk
dandang/panci 5 liter gula 250 gr, za 0,5 gr, cuka biang 50 cc dan untuk
dandang 20 liter x 4 dari dandang/panci 5 liter.
2. Air kelapa yang sudah mendidih yang
dicampur dengan gula, za, cuka biang masukan ke dalam baki plastik kira 1,2
liter dan harus dipastikan bahwa baki plastik dalam kondisi bersih dan steril
dari bakteri.
3. Baki plastik ditutup dengan menggunakan
koran dan pastikan koran pun dalam kondisi steril dari bakteri yang akan
mengganggu pertumbuhan nata de coco/sari kelapa, koran harus dijemur dipanas
matahari.
4. Baki-baki ditutup rapat dan disusun di
atas rak baki secara rapi dan ditiriskan sampai dingin untuk diberi bibit nata
de coco
5. Pembibitan dilakukan pada pagi hari
sekitar jam 5.30-6.30, hasil pembibitan ditutup kembali
6. Baki hasil pembibitan tidak boleh
terganggu apapun, tidak digoyang-goyang, bila ingin melihat hasil nata de koko
bisa dilihat pada hari ke 3.
7. Baki hasil pembibitan di biarkan selama
satu minggu
8. Pada hari ke 7 silakan dibuka.
Panen
Panen nata de coco/sari kelapa dapat
dinikmati pada hari ke 7.
Ciri nata de coco yang baik permukaan rata
dan halus.
Apabila dari hasil tersebut di permukaannya
ada yang berlubang, seperti sisa gunung berapi maka itu dimungkinkan karena
baki atau koran yang tidak steril.
